Watermelon Juice (no equipment needed)
No juicer? no problem. This is a 2 ingredient recipe using Watermelon and lemon. The only equipment you need is your 2 hands and a strainer. Stay with me.

This is the perfect summer sip. The lemon just rounds off the flavor, but you can get really creative with this recipe. Add mint, orange, lime or a little rum or gin to this to make it a little festive.

It's Watermelon season and what's better than fresh watermelon juice in the summer? This 2 ingredient recipe is easy to make and extra healthy with no need for extra sugars or flavors. Drink it on its own or with a little white rum.

Cut your watermelon into chunks and scrape any extra meat from its skin. Place into a large bowl or a pot.
For this next process you will need to wash your hands and nails thoroughly. You can also use gloves.
Here you may want to use your hands to mash down your chunks to start creating your juice. You can use a blender if you wish, we island folk tend to just use our hands.
Have another bowl handy along with a fine strainer. Pour your mix into the strainer to allow the juice to separate from the pulp.
Use your hands or a spoon to scrape the pulp and get as much juice as you can out of it.
Now you can add your desired amount of lemon juice to your mix. I only used half a lemon here and the juice was perfect. No sugar needed.
