Its super easy to make this dairy free condensed milk. All you need is 2 ingredients:

  • Sugar

How to make dairy free condensed milk:

  1. Place the coconut milk and sugar in a small pot on medium heat. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, checking and stirring.
  2. After 3 minutes (maybe longer),  turn the heat down and allow the mix to thicken. Check the pot periodically stirring to keep smooth.
  3. Once the milk has thickened, remove from the heat and allow it to cool.

How to store Dairy free condensed milk

Vegan condensed milk
Vegan condensed milk stores well in mason jars.

Store in an airtight jar or container. I used a good ole Mason jar. It should store well for up to 1 month, however I personally used mine up in 2 weeks.

I would love to hear from you!
