Family Fun Meals

When it comes to family meals, catering to the whole family means a kid and adult friendly menu.

Sloppy Joes were always such a fun meal to make as a kid. Its an easy way to use up left overs but making them from scratch is quick and easy too.

Everyone loves a good burger and sliders are one of the best things to make for a family meal or even a party. This recipe makes a dozen sliders which is perfect for a kids party or a weekend fast food meal.

Turkey vs Beef

Beef mince can definitely be used for this recipe. Not everyone in my household eats beef or pork so Turkey has been a big part of my recipe development. Its also a lean meat and very hearty in flavor so its a family favorite.

Storing left overs

If they will not be eaten in one seating, I suggest layering a few burgers to start then pack any leftovers in separate airtight containers and store in the fridge for 2 – 3 days.
