Super Juicy Air-Fryer Turkey Burgers
This Super Juicy Spiced Turkey burger is moist and flavorful tasting almost like chorizo sausage.

This is literally the best Turkey Burger I’ve ever made. Better yet, that I’ve ever had PERIOD! Well seasoned, flavorful, and very moist.
The Key to a Juicy Burger
What makes a juicy burger? 2 things: Fat and Moisture.
Unlike beef and pork, Turkey is very lean with less percentage of fat than the other meats. They key to a juicy turkey burger is to simply add in those fat and moisture components.
This recipe uses Butter and Worcestershire sauce which add even more flavor and the much needed fat and moisture, but olive oil and soy sauce are good as well.

Air-fryer cooking tips
Cooking in your air-fryer is super easy but it takes some getting g used to as far as the settings go.
Burger patties take less time especially when you want them to stay juicy and moist in the middle.
Burger cooking tip:
Set the temperature high and cooking time low. For these burgers I set the temperature at 205°C/401°F for 5-7 minutes.
The result was a nice golden brown outside with a juicy and cooked inside.
NOTE: For the best result press your patty down a little flat before cooking and watch the time. The flatter the patty the shorter the time should be.

How to Store Uncooked Patties
The best way to store these patties for another day is to wrap them individually in Cling film and put theme into a food safe bag or container then into the freezer. They will last up to 2 months as long as they are sealed correctly.
Overall these meaty turkey burgers will be perfect for these hot summer months and beyond so I hope you enjoy!
