Spicy Cauliflower Lettuce Wraps
These Spicy cauliflower wraps are a really good, guilt free and fun meal option the whole family will enjoy.

Cauliflower is such an underrated vegetable. Thankfully we have found better ways to cook it than our parents because who wants soggy boiled Cauliflower? Eww.
Cauliflower “meat”
Of course this is no attempt at making cauliflower taste like meat. This is to reference how it’s prepared like, you guessed it, taco meat.
The cauliflower is Rubbed in a mix of herbs, spices and oil then sautéed in a hot pan until cooked before serving.
I had them as lettuce wraps but they are also really good with crunchy or soft taco shells.

Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to make the cauliflower “meat” :
- Nutritional yeast
- Chicken seasoning
- Onion powder
- Smoked paprika
- Black pepper powder
- Garlic powder
- Cayenne powder
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
This combination really gives the cauliflower a power punch of flavor. Also, use any lettuce you desire. I used good ole iceberg here, however butter lettuce is also really nice as well as romaine.
Can this be stored?
The answer is YES. Although I doubt the meal will last that long, it will keep for up to 2-3 days in a sealed container.
Alternative Meal Ideas
Make this Cauliflower meat to put on top of pizza, with pasta or even in stir-fry.
No matter how you eat it just know its going to be good!
