The best Crab fried rice on a budget
This quick and easy crab fried rice calls for simple everyday ingredients and real crab meat you can find on a budget.

Place pan on medium heat, melt the butter then add your crab meat and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes or until flavors combine.
Put a bit of crab meat aside to garnish your rice after its cooked.
In a separate pan, heat oil and place in your eggs. scramble the eggs and remove from pan. Add in scallions, onions and peppers.
Cook until onions and peppers are near tender then add your rice, and frozen peas. Return the scrambled eggs to the pan.
Once the rice has incorporated well, add in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Use the remaining crab meat to garnish your rice. Finish it off with old bay and fresh herbs. I like to use fresh parsley.
