Stew Chicken Strips with Cauliflower Rice
Healthy never tasted so good with sauteed cauliflower rice and tender juicy jerk chicken tenders cooked in a coconut milk gravy.

Chicken Marinade
Chicken Tenders
2 tbsp Green Seasoning
2 tsp jerk marinade
3 tsp All purpose Seasoning
2 tsp Aromat Seasoning (or chicken seasoning)
1 tsp Jerk Seasoning
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Browning
Veg for Rice
200 g FullGreen Riced Cauliflower
3 tbsp minced onion
2 tsp fresh Thyme
2 tbsp finely chopped peppers
2 spring onions finely chopped
1 tbsp freshly chopped corriander
1 tbsp Butter
½ tsp minced garlic
½ tsp all purpose seasoning
Lime juice to taste
For the Gravy
¼ onion sliced thin
½ cup red and green pepper sliced
2 spring onion chopped
2 tsp Tomato paste
⅓ cup coconut milk
2 tsp Fresh Thyme chopped
