Mushroom and Quinoa Lettuce Wraps
Gluten free, low carb and vegan friendly, these mushroom and quinoa lettuce wraps are packed with protein and flavor.

Heat Oil in a medium sized pan then add the onions and mushrooms. Saute until softened before adding in the quinoa, butter and seasonings. Mix well and cook until flavors have combined.
Fill desired lettuce cups and top with favorite dressing and dairy free cheese.
