Lemon Garlic Butter Cod Fillets
Fresh Cod is lightly floured and cooked in a lemon, garlic and butter sauce for a quick and delicious under 30 minute meal.

To start, combine all dry ingredients for the flour mix into a shallow bowl or container.
Next, season the fillets with a little lemon juice and salt then drop them into the flour mixture.
Meanwhile, heat your pan on a medium high adding olive oil and garlic to flavor the pan followed by the butter.
Once the butter has browned place your Cod fillets in the pan and cook until brown on both sides.
Finish with fresh squeezed lemon juice basting the fish to incorporate the lemon and garlic butter together. Taste to see if it is to your liking then remove from heat and serve.
