Garlic Herb Shrimp & Salmon Bake
An easy one-pan baked shrimp and salmon recipe that goes well with anything. I paired it with rice and peas. This is not the healthiest option as it uses butter, however you can substitute with olive oil or coconut oil for a low fat version.

Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F.
De-vein shrimp and if they have tails you can remove if desired. Place
In a bowl, clean and drain shrimps to prepare to add the marinade.
Clean and cut salmon to your preferred sizes and put them to the side.
Combine all your dry seasonings for your marinade and coat your shrimp and salmon.
.
Meanwhile, season shrimp and toss to coat.
Add shrimp to baking sheet, spread out evenly. Add leftover butter and lemon over shrimp. Return to oven. Bake another 7-9 minutes, until shrimp and salmon are fully cooked.
Pour the butter juices over the salmon, shrimp and asparagus.
In a baking pan, add your butter, garlic, fresh thyme and parsley. Place in the oven to melt the butter and warm up up the garlic and herbs. This will start to flavor the butter.
Remove from oven to prepare the salmon and shrimp.
Place your salmon and shrimp in the pan and use a spoon to coat them with the butter. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over them before returning the pan to the oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until salmon and shrimp are golden brown.
Make sure you bathe them periodically to ensure they stay moist and absorb all that buttery goodness.
Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
