Garlic Herb Shrimp & Salmon Bake

AuthorsefordDifficultyBeginner

An easy one-pan baked shrimp and salmon recipe that goes well with anything. I paired it with rice and peas. This is not the healthiest option as it uses butter, however you can substitute with olive oil or coconut oil for a low fat version.

Making the Dish
1

In a medium baking pan, add your butter, garlic, fresh thyme and parsley.

Place pan into the oven until the butter is melted and flavoured by the garlic and herbs.

Place your salmon and shrimp into the pan coating them with the butter mixture.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over them then place back into the oven.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until salmon and shrimp are golden brown.

Make sure you baste them periodically to ensure they stay moist and absorb the garlic butter flavour.

Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
