Chickpea Omelette

This Vegan Omelette is a great egg substitute made with protein packed chickpea flour and seasoned just right.

Vegan Chickpea Omelette

 ½ cup Gram Flour
 ½ cup All purpose flour
 ½ cup Water (or more if needed)
 1 tsp All purpose seasoning
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp salt

To a Large bowl, add gram and all purpose flours and seasonings. Gradually add water while whisking until smooth.

Next heat a large pan adding around 2 tsp of oil. Pour the mixture into the hot pan and allow it to spread like you would normal egg.

Cook on medium heat flipping when the first side is golden brown. Flip to cook the other side. Here you can add any fillings like cheese or veg before closing the omelette.
