Turkey Cheddar Stuffed Rolls
Cheese Burger Stuffed rolls are filled with Turkey bacon, Pancetta and cheddar cheese, making these an amazing weekend family meal or finger food for any party.

In a large Bowl, Combine Turkey mince, seasonings melted butter and parsley. Mix well and rest to the side.
Place a pan on medium high heat and add 2 tsp of oil. Toss in the minced onion, thyme, spring onion and cabbage.
Once the onions and cabbage have softened throw in the pancetta and cook until pancetta has browned. Remove form heat and rest to the side and add the turkey mixture.
When the Turkey has browned, add the jerk marinade, ketchup and mustard.
Combine Flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Add Vegetable oil and milk and mix stir the mixture together until it starts to form a ball.
knead the dough in the bowl until the sides are clean. Turn flour out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until you form a smooth ball.
Place into a lightly oiled bowl, cover with cling film and a towel and place into a warm dark place to rise for 1 hr.
After an hour, punch down the dough and turn onto another lightly floured surface. Add a sprinkle of flour on top and knead again for 10 minutes.
Separate dough into 6 - 8 pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Smooth out each ball until it forms a flat round. Melt the butter with 2 tsp of oil and brush onto each round.
Spoon 1 - 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar onto each round, followed by 1-2 tablespoons of burger mix. With round in hand, fold sides toward the middle until fully closed. Roll into a ball shape and place into a greased pan.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with cheddar then bake at 170C/350F for 45min to 1 hour.
