Bermuda Fried Fish Sandwich
You definitely will not want to eat an ordinary fish Sandwich again after trying A fully loaded Bermuda Fried Fish Sandwich. We use Local fish dusted in seasoned flour and fried until golden on the outside then layered with cheese, tartar sauce and coleslaw all between raisin bread.

Start by washing the fish in lemon water then drain and pat dry. Season with salt and hot sauce and place to the side.
Next, prepare your dry and wet mixes by combining all the dry seasonings in a shallow bowl or container followed by the wet in a separate bowl or container.
Following the dry and wet mixes, preheat the pan on high and add in the oil.
Dip your fish in the flour, then the egg, then back into the flour.
When the oil is hot, carefully lay the fish down into the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.
To finish, remove the fish from the hot oil and let rest either on paper towel or a cooling rack to prepare to build the sandwich.
To Start, Toast and butter the bread of choice then add the layers of Fish.
Next, take your cheddar and put it on top of the fish and allow it to melt under a broiler.
To Finish, top with slaw and freshly sliced tomato.
