Baked Mac N Cheese Bites
Baked Mac N Cheese Bites are a great way to use up those left overs and serve your family something new. Super easy to make and delicious, these are paired with homemade ranch dressing!

To Start, cut your leftover mac n cheese into pieces (make sure it is cold or room temperature so the cheese is solid). Take each piece and roll into a ball.
Next, prepare 3 small to medium sized bowls.
To the first bowl, place Flour, AP Seasoning, Garlic and Onion Powders, Cayenne pepper and Black pepper and mix well.
For the second bowl, add the eggs and cream then beat together.
Finally, to the last bowl add the breadcrumbs and 1 tsp of salt.
One at a time roll each ball into the flour mixture, then the egg and finish with the breadcrumbs.
From here, place onto a lined baking tray and bake at 350F/140C for 15 minutes turning halfway until they are golden brown throughout.
Finish by pairing with favorite dip and veggies.
