Asian Inspired Slaw
No need to run to the store with this is a super easy Asian inspired slaw using everyday ingredients in your kitchen

Combine your vinegar, sugar sesame oil, soy sauce and lime. Add your Salt and white pepper to taste. Rest to the side.
Shred your cabbage and carrots to your desired thickness. Chop your parsley, red bell pepper and spring onion. Mix all together.
Just before your ready to serve, incorporate your dressing into your cabbage mix and toss well. This will keep the veggies fresh and crisp.
