Oh so moist Banana Loaf
Hey Guys, Its banana season! OK, its always banana season so I thought why not share my oh so moist banana loaf recipe with you.

Now this recipe has been used in my household since I was a little girl. You know those old school church recipe books? The ones with all the granny’s favorite treats? Yeah one of those. I honestly don’t know who created it but i thank them from the bottom of my banana loving heart.
My key to a great banana loaf
Its simple. The bananas. I like my nanas over ripe. Like the skin needs to look like molasses and holding the golden pulp that was once a banana. Basically the more over ripe the better. Once u can slip it out of the skin like a satin nighty its ready! Lol
You can make this plain or kick it up a notch and add in anything you like. I made a Coconut chocolate chip banana loaf from this same recipe.
