Jerk Chicken Fajitas: You Will Love Eating This
Turn up the flavor of your fajitas with a taste of island flavors. These Jerk Chicken Fajitas hit the spot with their sweet, smokey and spicy notes.

With everyone going back to work and now school there will be a lot of people looking for meal ideas. Fajitas are super easy, under 30 minute dish to make. Not to mention they are a quick and easy meal if you are a little pressed for time. Also, If you are returning to university or work long hours, you can turn them into a meal prep for the week.
How to make Jerk Chicken Fajitas
You will love this Caribbean flavored Jerk chicken fajitas. This is also a quick meal you can enjoy any day of the week.

Firstly, wash chicken in vinegar & lemon water then rinse and pat dry.
Next, Add the seasonings to the chicken Let this marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes (I like to marinate mine overnight).
Secondly, after chicken has marinated, combine with the sliced vegetables and mix well. Heat your saucepan on a medium high adding 1- 2 Tbsp. Separate your chicken pieces from the vegetables and place them in the hot pan.
Thirdly, cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides then remove from the pan. Put the vegetables in the pan, cover and allow to steam for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly tender. Pour tomato paste and a splash of water and return the chicken back to the pan.
Finally, continue to cook on low for 5 -7 minutes until done.
This recipe serves 4 to 6. You can serve with tortillas or over rice or pasta.
