How to make Vegan Caesar Style Dressing
A healthy take on a classic, this Caesar dressing is completely plant based and will surely satisfy your taste buds.

We all strive to eat a little healthier but don’t want to skim on flavor. This dressing is a great alternative with even more nutritional value and less fat than the original.
Ingredients
Here are the key ingredients used to make this amazing dressing:
- Cashews soaked
- water
- Plant based milk
- onion powder
- nutritional yeast
- lemon juice
- Apple cider vinegar
- Garlic
- Garlic salt
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Cayenne powder
- Parsley
This gives a full body dressing which can be used on salads, in hot or cold pasta or as a dip.

Tips on Making Vegan Caeser Dressing
- Soak the cashews – Soak in water for at least 1 hr to ensure they get nice and soft for blending.
- Taste as you go – Adjust the ingredients to your preference adding more or less in the process until its just right.
- Store away in a glass bottle or sealed container for best results.

Storing Your Caesar Dressing
As it’s made from raw nuts this dressing has a very short shelf life. Place in an airtight bottle or container and keep in the fridge for 1-2 weeks tops.

How to make Vegan Caesar Style Dressing
This Caesar Dressing is healthy mix of Cashews, nut milk and natural seasonings to create a super creamy guilt free sauce you can use on salads, pasta or as a dip.

Soak Cashews in water for 1 hour or until softened. Add the cashews to a blender along with half of the cashew water (about 1/2 cup).
Next, add the milk, seasonings, ACV and lemon juice to the blender and blend until smooth. This recipe makes 2 1/2 Cups of Dressing.
NOTE: Some cashews are sweeter than others so adjust the salt and or seasonings to your preference.
