Fully Loaded Lotus Biscoff Pancakes
These Lotus Biscoff Pancakes are super rich and definitely something out of Heaven. Topped with Biscoff drizzle, crushed Biscoff Biscuits and White Chocolate Chips Throughout.

I love pancakes so experimenting with different flavors is always pretty standard in our household. Biscoff is one of those guilty pleasures and super popular over the past few years now that we can all enjoy it outside of the 2 pack biscuits we used to enjoy on the airplanes.
These pancakes should be enjoyed on a cheat day because honey they surely are NOT healthy! But it’s worth every bite i swear!
Fluffy American Style vs European Style Pancakes
I was born and raised an island girl and in Bermuda we love Fluffy pancakes. I honestly don’t ever remember having a crepe in my life until I moved to the UK. Personally i’m not a fan. I love to bite into a flavorful cake like pancake because after all, it’s called a Pan-Cake.
If you’d rather have those thin style pancakes and fill them with fruit or more Biscoff and chocolate then i suggest omitting the Baking powder so you can still enjoy all this recipe has to offer.

Crisp Edges vs Smooth
This isn’t a huge debate but a slight preference. For us it depends on the flavor of pancake and the day. This recipe I Chose to make the edges crispy by melting down a little unsalted butter (so the butter doesn’t change the flavor too much) and lightly frying the pancakes in the butter.
If smooth edges is your preference but you still want that buttery flavor either use a little butter flavored spray oil or melt down a little butter then wipe the pan with a dry paper towel.
However you like to cook them make sure you cook them on medium to medium low heat so they steam. that way they will be soft and fluffy on the inside.
