Pasta is one of those meals we can’t get enough of. Its filling and can be made in under 30 minutes which is why its one of the most popular meal ideas.

Choosing the Pasta

Linguini was used in this dish as it’s one of my favorite noodle style pastas. its wide and flat unlike spaghetti but very similar. Its not as popular in major shops so spaghetti is also a great option but to be fair any kind of pasta would be a great choice.

Smoked Garlic

I found BART smoked garlic paste at Waitrose and it was the best find ever! Its smoked over Oak wood for a sweet smoked essence. The smokiness adds a great touch to the dish and combines well with the other flavors. I will say its not as strong once blended in but it really has a lovely taste worth trying.

If you can’t find smoked garlic paste regular paste or fresh finely minced garlic will work just as fine.

Mix it up

If your not a shrimp fan, substitute for any of your favorite star ingredients. The herbs and seasonings used are foundation flavors that work well with mostly any ingredient you add. You can also leave out the meat and make it completely meat and dairy free.
